Can't poop without using an enema, what can i do?

Constipation: Basic cleanout: 8 glasses of water daily, metamucil or similar daily, colace 3 capsules daily add 1-2 tablespoons of mineral oil daily. Add MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) in 48 hours if it doesn't work.
