Can we consider this semen analysis count normal vol=5ml, count/ml=10million , count/ejac=50 million ?

No: This semen analysis is not complete. A 'normal ' count should be closer to 20 millions/ml, other information that is needed is the volume, quality of the movement of the sperm +/- morphology, number of 'round cells' or wbc.
