Yes: Emergency contraception is just progesterone, the same hormone that your ovaries make. It's definitely safe for someone your age. If you solely wiped the outside of your vagina with a wipe that had semen on it, the chances of pregnancy are very low. However, i understand your wanting to be cautious and if it would ease your mind to take it, there's no harm in doing so.
