Certainly: Unless too much skin was removed or the glans was accidently amputated. I have had such a patient who of course required extensive reonstruction. Suggest you consult a urologist if you are concerned that your penis won't function normally. Otherwise almost all circumcised penises are normal & function normally. Giood luck.
