Not really: If you have fathered a pregnancy, you could assume that you have 'healthy sperm.' otherwise a semen analysis is the best way to know for sure. I hope this helps!

Pregnancy: The only way to test your sperm is to do a semen analysis or for you to get your partner pregnant. There is a test called the postcoital test not commonly done anymore that can be done on your partner to check for your sperm.
