Recheck test: Give it a few more days and recheck upt. If negative then you might have your doctor run a blood test. Although urine tests are almost as accurate a quantitative level might give an answer.

Yes: Some home test kits are not sensitive enough and don't pick up early pregnacy, a blood test will be more accurate. Can also wait a little longer too.
