Libido Not Finite: Like most drives in life, libido (sex drive) does not exist as something you can "use up". In the male, libido results in part from testosterone. However, as one ages, drives may change for other non-biological reasons. At your age it is normal to have your libido seem to be a constant presence; but worry not, as relieving it now does not mean you will lose out later in life.

Complicated: Masturbation will have no impact. You have not defined "a lot" or what age you are talking about. Psychological development can be effected, but largely depends on the age difference, if any, between the partners and what the emotional relationships are like. Is there coercion ? Is there love? Is there any trauma? Are you bipolar with hyper sexuality , do you have adhd with impulsivity? Ptsd?

Sex early: No it should not, unless traumatic experience leads later in life to performance anxiety.
