Can i use xylocaine (lidocaine) or lignocaine to ounce vagina during first time intercourse to reduce pain?

You could: But, if you 2 take your time are easy with each other, you wont need lidocaine. Lidocaine probably wont penetrate deep enough into the skin to give total numbing effect anyway. Lidocaine will also numb you and you wont have much sensation. So, if the time is right between the 2 of you, the your first time should be great.

Yes: Local anesthestics are used by women who have experienced pain with intercourse. I haven't heard or prescribed them for a virgin to use for first intercourse, but they are definitely safe for this purpose.
