No: Triamcinalone acetate is a steroid which is injected and works to relieve inflammation of the tendons or muscles it is absorbed in the local areas and has no significant systemic effect occasionally you can get some light discoloration of the skin around the injection site and minimal thinning of skin and connective tissue i hope that helps.
