Cyst: Women can get cysts or infections in the vulva. The hymen is the ring just at the entrance of the vagina, so the cyst sounds more vaginal than perianal. The pressure inside the cyst can be painful. You should probably see your gyn for more definitive answer.

I'm 22yr old virgin. There's this thin skin that's connected to the lower lips of my vulva. It connects to the skin in between my anus and vulva. It opens enough for tampons. It hurts when stretched. Is it simply my hymen? It's annoying!
