Absolutely: Hpv is transferable but may not manifest in male partners.

Yes, definitely: Hpv is sexually transmitted, so it can be passed back and forth between partners. We currently don't test men for hpv, only women. Most young people will be exposed to hpv around the time they start to become sexually active. Over time, our bodies 'learn' the virus and paps become (-) for hpv. Sometimes, however, the virus persists. While technically it "is" is a std, because everyone.

See Below: A + hpv on pap with or w/o abnormal cell changes mean you may well pass on hpv. Partners who have been together for a while usually share hpv. Your partner likely has hpv already, even without signs or symptoms. Condoms help, but not completely for males. The types of hpv found on woman’s hpv test can cause cervical cancer; but don't cause genital warts. Partners < 26 can receive hpv vaccine.
