A doctor has provided 1 answer

Of course: I do almost every day my # 1 pill is loloestrin , only 10 mcg estrogen and at your age if you want no more kids your gyn or a gyn should offer you in office essure tubal, easy takes 5 minutes - permanent my pts are awake , miss 1/2 day of work , covered by insurance , often just an office copay, use oral pain meds, minimal discomfort, no cutting.
