Acne Medication: Combination oral contraception pills will usually make acne better. If this is what you are on, give it some time. Progesterone only contraceptives can make acne worse. Consider switching. You should also treat your acne. A good place to start is a cleanser containing Benzoyl peroxide followed by a pre-medicated wipe containing Salicylic acid. Best wishes!
