Not usually: However, at this age, since you are sexually active, they would probably talk about the hpv vaccine, which you should strongly consider. Your risk would be greatly reduced (at least for this type of disease) with the vaccine. However, they may request a pap to establish a base line if you have already been sexually active. It states you are 45 in the history, but you state 16 -- so not sure?

No: You should have a pap smear at the age of 21, if it is normal you should then have a pap every three years.
