3 months since anal fissure/sphinter surg. still gas still escapes. after 3 mon any hope it will get better, any exercise?

Anal fissure surgery: If gas escapes, there is still weakness. Have you discussed this with the surgeon. He/she knows what they found and what extent they went to.. Leakage of fluid and stool is more of a problem..Sounds like the "kegel" exercise might help.. Try sitting in warm water to soften the scar. Good luck.
