Unlikely 2B pregnant: Sperm in her rectum died very quickly. Also sperm in any ejaculate leaking from anus do not survive even if some semen went between her labia. She can always do a pregnancy test 7 days after due date of next period. Likely she has just missed a period. Good luck.
