Trauma: Working with a team to include cognitive therapy, group therapy, psychodrama, and a psychiatrist to evaluatr for medications, is what a comprehensive trauma team can offer. Will be ad to send u resources if u want.

Trauma Treatment: I agree with dr. Ali's suggestions. I don't know what specific type of psychotherapy you've had previously, but you still have issues of concern. Lack of sex drive can relate to ongoing depression, for which antidepressants may be indicated and really helpful. Also emdr & cognitive processing -- along with somatic re-experiencing -- may help you reconnect with your body in a positive way.
