OCPs: Depends on your oral contraceptive option you chose. There are some that offer you periods 4 times a year (seasonel), whereas most of the available ones usually cause you to have period one you are done with the entire pack (normally, you would have 21 days worth of hormonal pills and 7 days of sugar ones).
