May need reduction: If the foreskin of an uncircumcised penis gets pulled back and cannot be reduced (meaning returned to its normal position covering the head of the penis), this can be a problem. Often the foreskin will swell and not be reducible. This is called a paraphimosis. If this is the case, and you cannot reduce it with gentle pressure, you may want to be evaluated by your physician who can do so.
