To some extent: Stay healthy, eat right, exercise, stay lean, don't take medications or drugs, stay away from tobacco and alcohol, avoid radiation or heavy metal toxins, have good genetics. Sperm count can vary a lot depending upon who is doing the counting. By the way, there are no herbs that will increase sperm count, but many that can lower it. Avoid them and save your money and your sperm.
