Yes: Pcos makes it less likely but does not prevent pregnancy. If you do not want to get pregnant you must use an effective form of contraception. One of the best for someone with pco is the birth control pill, since the pill will not only protect you from pregnancy but can improve pco symptoms like acne and hirsutism (excess hair growth) and can lower the excess risk for gyn cancers.

Yes: Those little guys can sneak out even without ejaculation and it only takes one. Granted, odds lower and with your pcos you don't ovulate regularly which reduces chances of pregnancy, but all it takes is one egg and one sperm. If you don't want pregnancy, don't play roulette that these things in combo somehow constitute birth control.
