Not likely: Odds are next to none, i would not worry.

Unlikely: That's the most unusual presentation i've heard of and to let you know that semen doesn't do well outside of the vagina, so i kind of doubt that would lead her to getting pregnant, although, things happen. She'd know if she were to miss her period.
