We have unsafe sex around 5 times in a month and everytime we use emergency contracaptive pills. now my periods have come early than they should. what should i do?

Use other method: The emergency contraception means exactly that, when you forgot other better methods of contraception. By using it 5 times a month you completely throw off your periods. Emergency contraception is essentially a birth control pill, which means you are stopping and starting birth control pills 5 times a month and therefore causing abnormal periods. Change to a better method, see your gyn.

Periods: I am not sure what help you would like to obtain because i don't understand what means "periods coming early". Please explain yourself better.
