You likely...: ...Have hemorrhoids. They are itchy or painful, sometimes bleed, but are generally more annoying than harmful. You need to get over being embarrassed. Looking at these things is exactly what doctors are for. It's not like you're showing the bumps to your neighbor. You should specifically see your doctor for this so that your doctor can confirm what they are and provide assurance that you're ok.
