Asked a question about testicular cancer and because of my age was told that its seen in 26 to 32 year olds and young boys don't get it. is this right?

Sort of...: The age range from the mid-20's to the mid-30's is when guys are most likely to get testicular cancer. On average, about 1-2 men out of 10, 000 in that age group will get the cancer. Younger or older men can still get it, but it's more unlikely to happen. Life is not exact, so anything can happen if a person is very unlucky. A doctor's evaluation can put one's mind at ease.

Age ranges: Indicate when the disease is most common...Teens to 30's indeed is common, and >70 is another 'peak' for spermatocytic semanoma. If you find a lump in the testis at any age, get it checked.
