Why does my vagina keep retearing and tearing?

Can be hard to heal: Sometimes little tears (or fissures) can occur at the vaginal opening. They can be hard to heal, and may retear. I would recommend using some topical neosporin or Bacitracin to the area and avoid intercourse for a week or so - (which could cause retearing). If that doesn't help, occasionally a short course of estrogen cream applied to the area can help with healing.
