Can test again...: A person who urinated shortly before giving a urine sample for a chlamydia test can repeat the test if he thinks he might have chlamydia, and thinks the negative result might be due to not having enough chlamydia particles in the tested sample (if he washed away some of the chlamydia particles by urinating prior to the test). Giving his first morning urine to the lab can be more accurate.
