Yes: If a pregnancy test is negative 7 weeks after your last sexual episode, you should not be pregnant. Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) is a very strong hormonal contraceptive and the failure rate is actually less than if a woman has had her tubes tied. If sexually active, though, pregnancy can occur at any time even when using birth control.
