Maybe: If you don't have fevers, you may have a low grade cystitis that can respond to lots of fluids. Some studies suggest cranberry juice can keep bacteria from adhering to your bladder. But, if it always hurts to pee after sex, see a doctor for antibiotics to take before sex.
