Several: Gnrh agonists are another form of treatment, usually reserved for women not helped by multiple ssri's or oral contraceptives. Treatments depend on the severity of your symptoms, and whether other complicating issues (depression, substance abuse, etc) are present also. If depressed, wellbutrin (bupropion) occasionally. Mag, vit b6, calcium. Some may benefit from chasteberry -- research data is mixed, though.

PMDD: Other options are Clomipramine, Effexor, (venlafaxine) Cymbalta, and cautiously using Xanax if anxiety symptoms predominate.
