Not by the sex: But possibly with whom you had it. Was it with somebody you are reasonably sure has no std, was it protected? You will probably be fine, but if you develop pain, fever, other symptoms, see your gynecologist asap.

Watch for pain/fever: No pain, tenderness or fever are all good signs that things are ok. However, if any fever, tenderness, pain or increasing blood occur, then see your health care provider as soon as possible.
