Probably not STD: More likely you have a urinary tract infection; the bacteria from your wife's colon could have been pushed up into your bladder and caused an infection. You should get checked out as a short course of antibiotics can clear things up. Usually there is some discomfort with urinating or frequent urination if you have an infection.
