Side effects: From birth control pills can include weight loss or weight gain, but this doesn't happen often on todays low dose pill. If it occurs 2-5# is common. Also infrequent is break through bleeding, mood swings, breast tenderness. Other women find moods better and breasts less tender on the pill. See what happens with you.
