Scrotal swelling: Anyone who has had a hernia repair or vasectomy can develop a hydrocele which is fluid surrounding the testicle. If hard swelling is occurring then concerns for testicular cancer. See a doctor to be evaluated for these problems a scrotal ultrasound may be necessary.
