3 weeks after sex: A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly, 3 weeks after sex or 1 week after missing a period.

Any time now: If you are 4-5 days past the expected day of your period, you may take a pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
