HIV: Hiv transmission through oral sex has been documented, but rare. Accurate estimates not available. The risk of transmission from unprotected oral intercourse (penile-oral /vaginal-oral) is markedly lower than for anal or vaginal intercourse, & findings suggest a low but non-zero transmission probability. The risk of transmission to the receptive partner increases with ejaculation, std & ulcer.

Yes & other spots: Gum lines, any other minor openings in mucous membranes, etc. Hiv is not only risk, many other stds can be contracted orally. Condom use is recommended with oral sex, just as with vaginal or anal.
