Should do: Important that you don't have feelings of guilt. Am sure you have weighed up all the consequences & your age suggests that you have. Might benefit from some counselling or couple of visits to a psychiatrist in case of guilt feelings. Otherwise sex should be just as pleasant as it was, once you have recovered from the procedure.
