My vagina has a strong odor of chicken noodle soup. i am very worried. what is the cause of this odor and what should i do? not using any fragrance soaps, no douche, etc. help!?

Odor is described differently by different people. Most "strong" vaginal odor is fishy and often strongest after sex. Regardless of what you call it, you may have bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. BV is especially common in women at risk for STD, and the STD trichomonas causes the same odor. You need to see a doctor ASAP for diagnosis, including STD testing. Good luck.
