Why do i notice unusual vaginal discharge odor whenever i check it while passing stool? but when checked directly from the underwear or any time of the day (when not passing stool) it only has a mild scent to it?

It is sometimes difficult to differentiate odor from anus and vagina while passing stool. So there might not be a problem . For if you did it would smell when you checked the vaginal area. Best to keep both areas clean with soap and water. Wish you well
