I left my combination birth control pills in a bag in the car while i was at work. the high was 83 degrees. will they be ineffective now?

The maximal T allowed is 86 F but an outdoor T of 83 will result in a T more than 90 inside the car but it could be lower than 90 if you keep your med in the storage bin or glove box. It's difficult to predict if your med is still active because we do not know the exact T where your med was. So I will say a 50/50 chance the medication may lose its effectiveness and you may be at risk if using it.
