A blood came out of my piens i do masterbate a lot im 20 and never had sex yet its been 2days but im not bleeding at all but i noticed a lil blood like a dot in my underwear so what really could be the problem?

You could have inflamed/ congested the prostate area. It should gradually subside. Refrain from masturbation for at least a week or so and when you resume try to do it in moderation. Moderation is always good. Good luck

Too much and excessive masturbation can cause trauma to your prostate and penile tissue. Use a water based lubricant and cut back on your activity. See a urologist if symptoms persist.
