Im on the mini pill but i have bled for over a month. i have polycystic ovaries so my period is irregular but since taking the pill i have been spotting since march and after sex it normally gets worse so morning is like a heavy period. why?

The mini pill is a progesterone only pill So the lack of estrogenmaked the uterus shed irregularly.So it is not uncommon with the minipill to have spotting .You can switchto a small IUD called KYLEENA if you can not take estrogen
