Can sperm interfere with a pregnancy test? i just took a pregnancy test and it came out positive but i got nutted in last night?

Pregnancy tests measure beta hCG, which is a hormone that only occurs in measurable amounts during pregnancy. Sperm present alone will not cause a positive pregnancy test. So you are pregnant. Congratulations if that was your intention. Be sure to obtain proper prenatal care. Good luck.
