: Some women will occasionally skip a cycle. This can occur if they did not release an egg or otherwise. By 10 days late any urine pregnancy test should be quite accurate. If this goes beyond a month or more with negative tests, your doc may want you to take meds to bring on a cycle. Chance of pregnancy in this setting is minimal but not zero.
