Just wait for period: If a woman has regular periods, she can just wait for her period. She can do a urine pregnancy test the week after missing her period, if her normal period doesn't occur. If she is irregular and doesn't know when her next period is due, then she can test 3 weeks after sex (after presumed conception). A negative test result may not be reliable if done sooner.
