I bleed every time i masturbate and i dont know why. sometimes i have pain while doing and nothing comes out when i actually climax. i dont know whats wrong. thank you?

You have not provided specifics on what you mean by masturbation but it is likely causing some bleeding due to tissue injury. Both an ovarian and kidney cyst would seldom if ever produce bleeding you would notice. If anything such blood loss, when it occurs, is contained within the abdomen & at most triggers abdominal pain or discomfort.

You might have an infection or abnormality in the prostate or seminal vesicle. Pl see a Urologist
