This blood could be @ trauma during intercourse, esp since the considerable time between your last sexual encounter. See your gyn doc to confirm and most likely assuage your fears.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. If you have not had PAP examination, please get it done. Wish you good health!
