Do a urine pregnancy test with an early morning urine sample. If the test is negative that short bleeding is still counted as a period. Because the timing of bleeding was not consistent with an implantation bleeding so if the urine test is positive, you should have a blood test done for confirming or ruling out chemical pregnancy.
