This was likely caused by trauma and should heal quickly and completely. If bleeding persists you should see someone, but I suspect it was a one time thing and that you are more worried than injured

It is dangerous to use such objects. you probably caused some local injury. leave the area alone and let it heal for at least 2 weeks. If not better or any other symptom see your Gyn right away. In future use a clean soft smooth non stiff thing if you have to use anything
