You cannot rule out anyone. When there are 2 potential fathers this close together it becomes a legal issue. A cell free maternal serum test for fetal DNA (NIPS) can be done at 8-10 weeks & is accepted in court for establishing paternity. Early ultrasounds vary in their accuracy. A wrong call can result in a big surprise at birth.
